PGC developed an ongoing loyalty program in which T-Mobile sales associates and managers earned points redeemable for great prizes with every sale of a Samsung handset or completion of a training project. The program was available online or via Interactive Voice Response system.
T-Mobile experienced increased sales and awareness within all sales channels. Brand loyalty for T-Mobile was created among sales associates and managers. Samsung experienced tremendous growth in handset sales.
